No vids, sadly. But here are two of my greatest hits:
From when I first started playing a replace deck: a couple of aethermasters on board; wings of paradise and inner focus in hand for a hard-earned lethal. I play the Wings, drop a polite/patronizing ‘well played’ and proceed to replace before playing inner focus. Opponent killed me next turn.
Playing as Vanar, my opponent had retreated to the other side of the board and dropped a couple of value generators. I knew I had to keep applying pressure, and I didn’t have any ludicrously cheap removal(!) Fortunately, I had just the card I needed in hand - lightning blitz. I could buff my minions, trade advantageously, and surround the enemy general.
What I didn’t realize was that my opponent had retreated to my side of the board. I teleported my threatening melee units helplessly out of range and was quickly crushed.
To this day, I don’t know why my brain confuses martyrdom with divine bond. Last time it happened I used a laughter emote next saying well played and promptly killing myself against my greatest creation.
