Dispel does not dispel Sentinal Interaction

Just noticed that I tried to dispel a sentinal with shroud. But it ended up not working. How come?

Sentinel mechanic just triggered some noob

Hi there! I’ve been playing duelist for 2 weeks now and I cant understand why i cant dispell a sentinel ;( Every time i see this thing i want to dispell it so hard but it triggers anyway. Do you think its normal? Someone pls, calm me down >_<
