Good to see the deck going strong  That’s a pretty spicy hand!

Don’t want to spoiler too much (the video of this match is going up in like 6 weeks) but that guy had 3 Martyrdoms :frowning:

I always played around them though. Waited for Mechaz0r + Rebuke and played Rawr before I played Mechaz0r

You rebuilt Kaero just like that? The Invader won’t be happy about this.

Brought the full wrath of Kaero down upon him

Using 6 ritual banishings feels oddly satisfying…

He opened with Sarlac, DFS, DFS, and followed it with Ritual Banishing for my Sworn Avenger and Aphotic Drain back to 24. Turn 3? Consuming Rebirth, 3rd DFS, free Xor’Xuul, BBS on his Sarlac - and I ended up having to play Skorn next turn. He only had Gor for his 4th turn, being down to 1 card and all. The Skorn I’d played and MDS’d was still alive, so I hit him with it and played a Hamon in his face. Here’s the situation at the start of his turn (after Gor activated):

His one card for this turn was Punish for the Hamon. He also kills my Skorn
and hits me with a bunch of Sarlacs. My response? Replace into Zendo. :smiling_imp:

Feels good killing a highroll Xor.

The other way to high-roll with Magmar Golem/Swarm:

Can you see where this is going?

Not as good as this, but good enough. My opponent conceded after their turn.
(3 of the eggs were EMP, Wind Striker, and Sol Pontiff.)

The deck is Ice Age Vanar, and while this shot isn’t really how the deck is “supposed to” work (this was one of those games after which you have to check the decklist to make sure the signature cards actually made it in), it’s still a nifty little lethal and one I’m glad I managed to figure out on the fly. (Also, playing a 3 mana Enfeeble felt like a nice reminiscence of the good old days :stuck_out_tongue:)

2 from punching, 2 from Bonechills, 3 from a Hearth-Sister’d Charge.
Where’s the last point of damage?

EDIT: Found it - you bounce and re-use Hearth-Sister.
