I am having decent results with this list at rank 4, so i figured why not post it especially since there are few vet players on the ladder.
It is basically sabotage but with zirix since his bbs is good for grinding out opponents. There are few cards that are a preference such as hex blades (can be swapped for decay), and sand sister (can be swapped for another 4 or 3 drop, emerald rejuvenator is ok as a 1 of, dioltas also works, wind shrike, ect).

What exactly is the “sabotage” archetype? I see it pop up every once in a while, but I haven’t seen any explanations

Sabotage vetruvian is basically an archetype that revolves around stealing and debuffing your opponent minions with the aid of Zen’rui, Dominate Will, Blindscorch and Hexblade, “sabotaging” and disrupting their strategies.
