It’s sick memes. Playable because he has a lot of reach and hurts to get hit by.
By the way, if you download the Duelyst art kit it has pics of every card (although I don’t think it’s gotten an AB update)
He’s bad in the ladder but usable in the gauntlet (afterbaze followed by divinebond is so fun on this guy). He isn’t played because he’s outclassed by Azurite lion.
This compares to Azurite Lion the same way Veteran Silithar compares to young Silithar. Next set, they will probably print a 3/4 celerity for 3 with horsemanship or whatever the new keyword is to match Ragebinder.

Like anything with HP, he has the potential to deal huge amounts of damage. He’s sort of in the awkward area of mana, though, where you can get almost as much for 2 less mana (Azurite Lion) or much more for 1 more mana (Ironcliffe). Also, he’s only a huge threat if you play him in range of the enemy general and they don’t have the resources to damage him on their turn.

I’ve tried to make a celerity/DB meme deck. Fun fact: roar + db for full face is 20 damage 
Unplayable ? Why because it can’t hit twice consistently for the large amount.If it had one more point of health it would be lyonar staple.
