- There is only one neutral alternative to artifact drawing between neutral cards - Grincher, and it is has one obvious disadvantage - the artifact is random, and lots of advantages - stats, artifact cost reduction, and also fun.
Thus, I may run Grincher instead of atifact hunter in Sajj decks, where literally any artifact can be useful due to aurora tears, however in bangle Hai I need more consistency to draw both bangle and cyclone mask in time instead of some random stuff.
What I would like to say, both cards have their uses, but both are used in specific decks and not too good even there. I would like to see more ways of drawing artifacts, both in faction and neutral.
- I would love him to reduce the cost of artifact, say, by 2 mana. I can even approve the huge nerf to its stats in this case, cause nobody uses it for its body anyway.
Another approach may be giving him OG: equip random artifact from your deck, and nerfing his stats accordingly. This OG also has its obvious advantages and one fatal flaw - it’s possible you will not need this specific artifact, which he equips. Say, you already have vet blast artifact and he gives you another one. However, this is probably also a way to go.
3)Of course it’s epic! Most niche cards are either epic or legendary. Commons and rares are…more widespread and straightforward to use, I think.
