The question is in the title, i have been winning a lot of unranked games, but i am not sure if those count. @ThanatosNoa could you give some confirmation?

I can tell for sure they count for Ribbons, so I believe they are actually just the same as Ranked wins. I think you can unlock Brome this way, but I can’t confirm it

I am not sure if unranked qualifies for unlocking alternate generals or not. I do know that Gauntlet wins also count for ribbons but can’t unlock third generals so there is a chance unranked works in a similar manner.

tested with abyssian yesterday and got nothing after 10 wins

I believe you specifically need to win 10 ranked matches to unlock a faction’s second alternate general.
