Are these 2 decks viable currently? If so, I would like a budget decklist.
Willing to craft some cards but no decks full of legendaries and epics please.

Budget shadow creep Cassyva and stun Ilena?
One could argue about normal Creep Cass being viable, but building this deck on a budget will not get you viable results that’s for sure.
Stun Ilena is mediocre at best but probably a good choice for a Budget deck as all her important cards are rares and lower iirc.
I was working for a while now on stun deck for ilena, and after hours of running the deck and alots of matches against meta decks the problem with the deck is usually - losing steam, and once you’re behind there’s usually no coming back.
Cuased by lack of bbs synergy in lategame.
Ilena did got a vespyr that mass stuns, which is great, so…
This is what i run at the moment.
As a pointer - i find that ilena will be great with infeltrate given that you can stall and destroy the enemy’s board.

sleet dash + boundless? boi u nasty
Vanar’s best aoe removel by miles, but it is slow so you need to time it well
