Letâs not get ahead of ourselves here. For one, your reason for making this thread (aside from the obvious Lyonar bias) is based on a poll asking which new general is the strongest, not the weakest. Just because Brome had 0 votes doesnât mean heâs the weakest, logic does not dictate that these are the same.
Secondly, the generals JUST came out. Thereâs zero reason to ask for changes on content that just hit the shelves, let things settle. Plus, thereâs the elephant in the room: the new expansion is just around the corner.
For goodness sake, just let things find their place before you cry wolf.

unless they come out with a lyonar that says for rest of the game your hero power becomes summon a silverguard knight i cant see any reason not o cry wolf from now
Youâre being a bit premature. I recall you doing this last expansion as well.
While Brome is currently lacking at least wait and see what the expansion will bring for him. We havenât even got a Lyonar card-reveal. After there have been three Lyonar cards revealed, then you can try and spot a pattern. Now though, now is not the time to start panicking.
I donât see how thatâs relevant. You seem to enjoy whining and making hyperbole out of anything you donât agree with. Itâs actually kind of funny, I feel like youâre probably just trolling because you over react to every epic/legendary card that isnât for Lyonar.
To be fair, Iâll be honest; Brome is weaker than the other new generals. Despite this, I donât see any reason to change him right now. Just chill out, and let things settle. If itâs really that bad, youâll find youâre not alone with wanting changes.

lol im right 99.9 percent of the times only card imisjudged last expansion was lyonar 5 7 cuz if it had random effect it would have been way worse but oh well haters will always hate. keep it moving

Yaâll should play Brome before you start talking about how great he is. He feels terrible, a 1/2 is never better than 2 more attack and 90% of the time your positioning doesnât allow you to BBS.
Not to mention how the opponent can play around it, get behind you and make the provoke useless, and even if you do provoke them⌠itâs a 1/2âŚ
Definitely needs a buff.
That being said, itâs early, swarm Lyonar isnât meta, and the xpack isnât out yet, so who knows.

I still feel a bit iffy on Brom. I thought Lyonarâs whole schtick was not Summoning any tokens and letting overstated minions do the work. Well Broâs just here popping them out left and right! What gives Bro? Go back to Vanar!
They were probably worried about it being to strong, or else were trying to make it feel thematic, by placing provoke in front of you. Choosing where it is placed may be a good buff to it, though thisâd bring in the issue with Virixâs poop dervishes BBS too.
@kevin2hard, Iâll claim that swarm lyonar will be a real thing once expansion comes out, but as far as strength goes, it still probably wonât hit top tier.

Heâs currently VERY lacking, that is true.
However, that is the case for Ilena and Ciphyron as well. I have absolutely no doubt that both of these will receive cards that benefit them from this expansion. All it took for Kaleos to become viable again was one minion.
While I canât say for certain Brome will be a viable General after the expansion, I highly doubt theyâre going to let him go into the world unsupported.
That being said, yes the âonly in front of himâ is rather strange but maybe thereâs a reason for that. We donât know yet. For some reason I have cards similar to Ironcliffe Heart stuck in my head or a cheap Magnetize-like card that buffs the unit in front of your General. Who knows.
Three out of the six new Generals are not very playable at the moment due to not having âtheirâ cards yet. Give it at least three Lyonar cards before you start âDoom and Gloomâ-ing.

well one of the devs hinted that every faction will be granted a boost that everyone will love and i have his word on that because he was excited when variax first hit so yea no doubt every faction gunna get boost but as it relates to brome play testing its easily countered once the meta settles u will understand what i mean been here from the beginning of time so any surprises wont really come as a surprise to me i might sound cocky but trust me ive seen it all
