I started a new account recently and ran into a Mech deck on ladder with a Faie deck consisting of 100% basic cards. Here’s how it went down:
Mechaz0r too OP? Evidently not if you use all basic cards.

Your opponent is a trash-tier player. What did you expect? You killed them before mechaz0r acts and you call this “beating”? It’s battering. You can “beat” mechazor just by using chromatic dispell. Even while you use basic card, your opponent used mechazor cards, what even weaker and your opponent not realize them. Also this soundtrack from undertale does not fit, better to use a mettaton ost or genocide mettaton ost. After all, i rate 1/10 for the plot, 1/10 for soundtrack.

Ouch man, relax a little. Yeah, the opponent did not play optimally. Yeah, megalovania is a over used. No need to go full disrespect about it.
Regardless, I commend you, sylvermyst. Good job running such a bare bones deck so well.

But i agree with @Burvjradzite, your opponent was pretty bad on positioning, and probably deckbuilding too
Yeah, when you’re playing in Silver, there are no quality guarantees. And he should have put Mech right in my face to block. It was just amusing to win vs. one of the more complained about decks with only basic cards. Regardless of the pilot.
