You don’t tech in titan, you design your entire deck around it.

mid-range kaleos is in the list, if he is not then it’s a typo, but he is.
I’m assuming standard heal has a higher curve and wincons like excelsious.

I notice “Midrange Desert Vet and lost Obelysk Zirix” in the list of Banned decks, does that mean I can play a midrange Vet deck as long as I don’t use LitD or is midranged Vet banned completely?

It’s banning a combination or a certain card that creates it’s own archetype, for example, lost and thunderhorn cannot be in the same deck.
