Cradle of Flith: Compeitve/Gimicky

A really fun deck, its name comes from the two cards that inspired the deck,
Grimes, and Echos. Because Grimes is filthy and Cradle of Filth is a screaming metal band so that is represented by echos.
Its primarily a dying wish deck looking to abuse Blood Echos and Lurking fear, Reaper of the Nine Moons is exceptionally potent with Echos. Beyond that its packed with healing to help against aggro, a couple solid removals, and a high curve and a little draw from void hunter to cover card advantage.
The deck can pull some sick combos and maintain a very sticky field, but it a little slow and gimicky, but it is a lot of fun.

Swapped Lillith for Cass. Lillith deck in comments.
Valknu Vaath: Gimmicky

I tried a more dedicated control set up but Valknu just sort of held the deck back despite his combo potential, so this version looks to play aggressively looking for combos instead of trying to play the control game.
It skips Eggmorph in favor of the usually mediocre Wild Inceptor since you can combine it with flash to get those 6 mana Valknus/C-bursts. Crypto/Drogar can be quite deadly and both support Valknu quite well. The decks main combos are with Morin Khur equipped either the turn before Valknu/C-burst or at 9 mana for a big finisher. It has the basics of a golem deck and Ragebinder can get some extra value thanks to your hatching cards.
A small FAQ regarding Valknu. He is summoned just like any other minion nearby a unit you control. He copies Vaaths current attack/health including artifacts when he hatches. He does indeed gain the Egg hatching ability of khur. If dispelled he looses all abilities and bonuses.
C-Burst is hit and miss but devastating when it works. You only cast it if its turn two, an empty field, or in a combo with a hatch card. The rest is pretty self explanatory. And Valknu you almost never use unless you have a hatch card.

Swapping Burst for Eggmorph for now.
The Return of the Queen Competitive

The Ancient bond update update for an old favorite of mine. Vaath, the (Drag)Queen of the Dragons, tending to her brood of eggs.
So, we start with a Vaath Smash chassis then we add in the devastating combo Kur+Burst. This one also tosses in young Slithar because he is great and adds a little more synergy with Kur, and since we are running Chrysalis another two drop helps get the turn two burst. While Eggmorph is usually used for control and psedo dispel, it can also combo with C-burst at 8 mana.
Beyond that it plays the control game and likes to take it slow. Your not an aggro deck you tend to avoid going face and concentrate on keeping the field clear, because the longer the game goes on the deadlier Vaath gets, especially with drogon or Khur combos.
The deck has performed surprisingly well. One very important thing about piloting the deck, burst can be an absolute insane game winning card, but the rng nature of it makes gambling with it not a good idea. There are only a few situations when you want to play it. Turn two when it’s going to be super hard to deal with, when your opponent’s field is empty, or to combo with Kur at either 9 mana or by equipping Kur the turn before. The rest of the time it’s not worth the gamble, but in those situations, it can absolutely steal games.
This one is actually quite competitive, and its usually gimick cards actually come together for a very deadly and efficient deck if piloted correctly.

I guess either the deck is getting scrapped or Burst will get replaced by Valknu.
I have made it to S rank for 8 of my 12 seasons, the rest was time off or Diamond when I had very little time to play. Since I have not had time to start streaming like I want, I figured I would just share some of my stuff each week and get my name out there so the community knows me a little better for when I do eventually get around to it.
